1. Go to the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law ExamSoft page at https://ei.examsoft.com/GKWeb/login/uopmcgeorge.
2. Click on "Lost Student ID or Password."
3. Enter your Student ID number (98#) and/or u.pacific.edu email address. You should receive an email within 10 minutes with the Subject: "ExamSoft Information Request."
4. Click on the link within the email to reset your password. A browser window should open "Reset your password for University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law."
5. Enter your new password. Make sure your password is six (6) to twelve (12) alphanumeric characters only (no spaces or dashes). The password must match in both boxes.
6. Click on "Reset Password." You will then be taken back to the sign-in screen within ten seconds. If not, please navigate to the sign-in screen https://ei.examsoft.com/GKWeb/login/uopmcgeorge.
7. Confirm you can log in at the sign-in screen on the website and within your Examplify application. Your Institutional ID is: uopmcgeorge. Your ID is your Student ID number (98#).
