How do I contact the IT helpdesk?
The Sacramento helpdesk phone number is 916-739-7325, and the email address is SacHelpdesk@pacific.edu. The IT department walk-up helpdesk is located in Fuller Hall. The Help Desk is physically located at the front main doors of Fuller Hall across the street from classrooms C, D, and E toward the park. They take appointments (email or phone call) or you can book an appoint here. There is no insurance that a person is available for walk-ins at this time.
