I need to make an interlibrary loan request.  What do I need to know?

Law School students should request materials through the Law Library ILL system.

Health Sciences students should request materials through the Illiad system.  You should fill out the Primary Address Line 1 as the Sacramento Campus and Law Library.

Please note:

  • It may take 2-4 weeks to receive requested materials.
  • Students will be notified by e-mail and can pick-up materials at the Smart-Locker System.
  • Faculty or staff will be notified by e-mail and materials will be delivered to their campus mailbox.
  • Books not picked-up within 10 days of notification will be returned to the lending library.

This service is a courtesy extended to us by other libraries.  Please adhere to the following rules of borrowing:

  • Renewals are to be requested before the due date of the materials.
  • Fines will be charged for overdue, lost, or damaged materials.
  • Library privileges may be suspended due to overdue items.
  • The interlibrary loan service is subject to U.S. copyright laws.

Please double-check the form for accuracy before submitting your request.

Requests which appear to violate applicable laws will be refused.
